2. Gorilla Permit Cancellation

Gorilla trekking permits have stricter cancellation policies due to their limited availability:
- Rwanda Permits: 100% non-refundable within 30 days
- Uganda Permits: 100% non-refundable within 30 days
- 60+ days notice: 25% administration fee
- 31-60 days notice: 50% cancellation fee
